Week 1

Stabilising post meal blood glucose

A timed protocol in the window after each meal, where your largest daily excursion happens.

MechanismContracting muscle pulls glucose from blood through a pathway that needs no insulin. Your resistance stops mattering for that window.
Week 2

Morning contractile stimulus

A resistance protocol scaled to a body that has been losing muscle for years. Written for diabetic physiology, not borrowed from a gym plan.

MechanismRaises glucose transporter density and lifts insulin sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours per session. Muscle is your largest reservoir.
Stage gate. Week 1 not holding means Week 2 does not begin. We repeat it.

Breakfast

Sets the day's curve

The first meal decides the next eight hours.

Lunch

The working load

The meal you cannot skip. Same food culture, different architecture.

Dinner

The overnight window

Decides tomorrow's fasting number. The liver's first long break in fifteen years.

Installed with whoever cooks. Weeks 3 to 5 include live sessions with your wife, mother or cook. About 15 minutes of daily execution. No separate meals.
Annex 2.5 / Week 6

Sleep and stress load

Attached to Stage 2, not separate from it. Cortisol raises glucose without food. Short sleep drops insulin sensitivity the next day.

3.1

Sustained exposure

No new rules. Everything installed simply runs. Learning becomes holding, a different skill, and the one coached hardest.

3.2

Medication review

Clean evidence handed to your doctor. Dose decisions stay with your doctor. Our job is to make the case unarguable.

Why ninety days is not negotiable. HbA1c averages your glucose across the full lifespan of a red blood cell, 90 to 120 days. Two good weeks have never moved it for anyone. This is the arithmetic every fortnight attempt runs into.
4.1

Environment design

The decision removed before it is made. Most slips are decided by a kitchen shelf, not by the mind.

4.2

Irregular day protocol

Festivals, weddings, travel, guests. Not abstinence, a formula. You enjoy the day and you know how the next 48 hours bring you back.

4.3

Your maintenance page

One page you keep for life. What a steady week looks like, and the exact number where you step in early.

The point of Stage 4. You leave with a routine that holds on its own, not a dependency on a coach.
03Trajectory03 / 07

2 futures in 6 months. Where will you be?

Watch both unfold. The red line is the default and asks nothing of you. The green one needs a start date.

DAY 0

Full baseline panel. The same lab for every retest after it.

WEEK 1 TO 2

Energy and clarity shift. Tingling commonly recedes.

DAY 90

First HbA1c on protocol. Your doctor receives the first dossier.

DAY 180

Final panel and second dossier. The report you take to your doctor.

Every point you take off counts

In the UK Prospective Diabetes Study, each 1 point lower HbA1c went with fewer complications, and there was no threshold. Any reduction helped. The lowest risk was in people back in the normal range.

0%

fewer small-vessel complications, the kind that reach the eyes, kidneys and nerves

0%

fewer diabetes-related deaths

0%

fewer heart attacks

Per 1 percentage point lower updated mean HbA1c, 3,642 people with type 2 diabetes. Prospective observational study. Stratton IM et al., UKPDS 35, BMJ 2000;321:405–12. doi.org/10.1136/bmj.321.7258.405

05Entry conditions05 / 07

Will this program work for you?

Six conditions. Every one of them exists because a result depended on it.

  1. Every week, on time. Progress, labs and the week's hard moments, reviewed together. The one appointment that does not move.

  2. A wedding, a sick week, a number that jumped. Tell me when it happens, not on the next call. A slip reported early is a two day fix. A slip hidden costs a month.

  3. Same lab, same fasting window, every time. Your own lab, your own cost. Numbers decide whether this is working. Opinions do not.

  4. At day 90 and day 180 you take the dossier to your doctor and share their response with me. Every medication decision stays in their hands.

  5. Not optional. The kitchen is where most of this is won or lost, and they will learn a method, not receive a diet chart.

  6. You own a meter or a sensor and you use it.

One request at the end. If your numbers move, I will ask for your account of it. Written, a voice note, or a few words on camera, whichever you are comfortable with, and anonymised if you prefer. That is how the next person with a 9.6 finds out this is possible.

06Your one-time investment06 / 07

One investment. Built to shrink every bill after it.

What the six months are for

  • 01The appointment where your doctor looks up from the report and asks what you changed.
  • 02Checking your sugar without bracing for the number.
  • 03A kitchen that runs this without you having to ask.
  • 04A wedding plate you enjoy, and a plan for the 48 hours after it.
  • 05Fewer compartments filled in the pill box, when your doctor agrees it is time.
